Medai reports suggested the 28-year old died after taking a wrong medication prescribed for him following a tooth surgery.
A vigil mass was held on Monday, August 29 for late Maxwell. The mass which was presided over by Archbishop of Onitsha, Most Reverend Valerian Okeke, was held in his mother’s hometown, Akili-Ozizor, Ogbaru local government area of Anambra state.
Senator Oduah has stayed away from Senate proceedings since his death, but resumed this week after about a month of mourning.

She was spotted in black, a traditional colour for those mourning their beloved ones in South-east Nigeria.
