‘M.I Is Trying To Be Like Me,’ Rapper A-Q Says In A Recent Interview

“It’s really difficult to find an artiste that is complete” was AQ’s response to Ife when she asked if he was looking at signing any artiste asides himself to Hustle Inc (which he co-owns).
He was on ‘The Drop Spot’ at Metro 97.7fm with Yhemiee and Ife to talk about ‘Feeling like’ which features BBJN and M.I Abaga.
The presenters were quite shocked by this and Yhemiee could not help saying, “Ife, I think this guy is looking for Jesus Christ!”
Talking about the production process of his latest single, he took time to show his respect for M.I acknowledging the fact that he (M.I) has dropped the Hip hop albums and you can’t place another album next to them.
And while Yhemiee tried to corroborate his point by calling attention to the fact that MI also showed AQ respect on the song, AQ said, ‘More recently, he (M.I) wants to be like me’. Oh, for aspiring artistes, he says, ‘don’t do it.”
